These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of fluffypretttty.com (the "Site") and to any services you book from Fluffy Pretttty ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Our services

We provide pet grooming and related pampering services, as described on the Services page. Descriptions on the Site are general. The exact service, timing and price are confirmed with you when you book.

2. Bookings

• Enquiries sent through the Site are not confirmed bookings. A booking is confirmed only when we confirm it to you in writing.
• You must be at least 18 and be the owner of the pet, or have the owner's authority to book and consent to grooming.
• Cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals and refunds are covered by our Cancellations & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Prices and payment

Prices depend on your pet's breed, size, coat condition and the services chosen, and are confirmed before the appointment. Extra charges may apply where a pet needs additional work, such as heavy matting, and we will tell you before proceeding. Payment is due at the time and by the methods we confirm with you.

4. Pet health, behaviour and your responsibilities

• Tell us about your pet's health conditions, allergies, injuries, medication, age and any history of biting, aggression or anxiety before the appointment.
• Pets must be up to date with the vaccinations and parasite treatments we reasonably require. We may decline or stop a service if your pet has fleas, ticks, contagious conditions or is unsafe to handle.
• Pets with heavily matted coats may need to be clipped short for their comfort and welfare. We will discuss this with you where possible.
• You are responsible for any injury or damage caused by your pet to people, other animals or property.

5. Care during grooming

We handle every pet with care. Grooming can reveal or aggravate existing conditions such as skin problems, hidden lumps or sensitivity. Where we notice anything of concern we will let you know, but we are not veterinarians and do not provide veterinary advice. If a pet needs urgent care, we may take reasonable steps, including seeking veterinary treatment at your expense, and will contact you as soon as possible.

6. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping it at scale, or using it unlawfully. We may suspend or restrict access at any time.

7. Intellectual property

The Site's content, including text, design, logos and graphics, belongs to Fluffy Pretttty or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Photos

We may take photos or videos of your pet during or after grooming. We will share them publicly, for example on social media, only with your permission, which you can withdraw at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular grooming result, style or coat outcome will be achieved.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.

11. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and services, which we do not control and are not responsible for.

12. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and by continuing to use the Site or book services you accept the changes.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state / country], and disputes will be handled by the courts of [your state / country], unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence says otherwise.
